‘Reduce Injury, Increase Performance’ is a workshop designed to help runners, leaders and coaches sort through the many myths and misconceptions that currently fill the world of running injury management. Despite you may hear and read, the precise cause of many running injuries is still unclear. How is it that two runners with the same shape, size, mechanics and training volume can react so differently to the demands of running? How can we reduce risk of running injury if we are unclear as to what causes them? These questions (and a whole lot more) are answered in this two and a half hour workshop.
Where are the workshops held?
(1). Come TO US at Studio57clinic in Hove, Sussex where we can accommodate up to 20 runners, leaders and coaches.
(2). Matt Phillips will come TO YOU at a venue arranged by your good self. Whichever option you prefer, send an email to Matt and he will happily chat with you about possibilities.
